Membership Discounts & Complimentary Perks Policy Any membership plan (Starter, Core, or Elite) that is discounted beyond 60% using a coupon code will not include complimentary items listed under that plan’s perks. Complimentary items will only become available once a payment cycle has been made at 60% or more of the standard plan price. Complimentary Redemption Rules Complimentary services and items are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the membership holder. Sharing, gifting, or transferring complimentary benefits is not permitted. Expiration of Complimentary Perks Complimentary items must be redeemed within 60 days of the paid period they were earned. For example, if a member pays the full price for an Elite Membership on October 1st, the included complimentary perks remain valid until December 1st. After that date, unredeemed items will expire and will not roll over into future billing periods.
